CSE Software developed the APPlause Virtual Trainer as a mobile app for Greiner Bio-One. It is used as a training tool to introduce new users to the safety mechanism on the VACUETTE Safety Blood Collection Set.
The app was deployed for both iPhone and Android, and was localized for English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese users.
The 3-step process is introduced and demonstrated in a narrated video using the actual device.
The app guides the user through practice steps using silhouettes to indicate the required figure positions and movement.
After demonstration and practice, the user must complete the process 3 times correctly without guidance to successfully complete the training.
